Spinach Crepes

INGREDIENTS Batter Creamed Spinach Filling DIRECTIONS Crepes: 2. Melt 6 tablespoons butter. 3. Let cool. 4. After butter has cooled, blend butter for a few more seconds. 5. Put in refrigerator and let chill 6 hours or overnight. Spinach: 7. In a separate pot, melt butter and mix in flour slowly until smooth. Then mix in Half and Half slowly. 8. Stir the mixture on low flame until it thickens. 9. Pour 3?4 of Half and Half mixture into the spinach. 10. Take crepe pan, spray with Pam and make crepes. 11. Put spinach in the center roll and fold. 12. Bake on 300º for 40 minutes. |
