Tuna Tartar

INGREDIENTS

Sushi grade tuna (around 3 steaks) marinated in lime 1-2 hours in refrigerator
4-6 tablespoons sesame oil
1 avocado
Very thin slices of cucumber
Curry powder
Salt
Pepper

DIRECTIONS

1. Dice tuna and avocado into very fine cubes.

2. Add sesame oil, ground pepper, salt and curry powder.

3. Put all ingredients in bowl that fits all ingredients so that it molds the Tuna.

4. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

5. Drizzle sesame oil, curry powder and pepper onto round plate.

6. Arrange slices of cucumber around the rim of plate.

7. Put mixture in middle of plate.

Serves 3-4 people.
