Vegetable Puffs

INGREDIENTS

2-3 packs puff pastry
2 green peppers, chopped
2 yellow peppers, chopped
2 red peppers, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 can of black olives, chopped
1 can of sliced mushrooms
1 packet of Good Seasons, Italian dressing mix

DIRECTIONS

1. Sauté chopped onion in oil.

2. Add chopped peppers.

3. Cook until tender.

4. Add chopped olives and sliced mushrooms.

5. Spice with good seasons packet, salt and red peppers.

6. Put mixture in strainer.

7. Spoon into puff pastry squares.

8. Fold into triangles and close with a fork.

9. Bake at 350° till golden.
