Asian Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS Dressing: Salad: Garnish: DIRECTIONS 1. Combine vinegar, oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, roasted red peppers, chili powder and salt. Set aside. 2. Toss together noodles, pea pods, bean sprouts and onion. Pour the dressing over the mix and stir well. 3. Let sit 30 minutes for the flavors to mingle. 4. Serve on top of red leaf lettuce. |
