Baked Macaroni and Cheese

INGREDIENTS

1 pound Elbow macaroni
3 eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 matzo meal
1 tablespoon salt
1 pound grated Mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS

1. Boil macaroni according to package instructions.

2. In large bowl, mix together eggs, milk, matzo meal, salt and cheese.

3. In a Pyrex dish, mix macaroni with half of the cheese mixture, top with remaining cheese mixture.

4. Bake at 350°, uncovered until lightly brown and crisp on top. Serve hot.
