Bow Tie Pasta with Mozzarella Cheese

INGREDIENTS

Olive oil
5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
5 tablespoons of crushed red tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
Paprika
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Fresh basil
1-2 cups cubed Mozzarella cheese, (to taste)

DIRECTIONS

1. Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden brown.

2. Add salt, paprika, red pepper, garlic powder and black pepper.

3. Add diced tomatoes and crushed tomatoes. Cook until a little thickened.

4. Add basil and cook about 5 minutes more.

5. Add cooked pasta to sauce.

6. Place in platter and add Mozzarella cheese and mix to slightly melt cheese.
