Burghol Salad II

INGREDIENTS

2 cups fine burghol
2 cups boiling water
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
3 tomatoes, diced
1/4 pound French string beans, blanched
16 Kalamata olives, halved and pitted

DIRECTIONS

1. Pour water over burghol and let stand for one hour.

2. Add balsamic vinegar, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.

3. Mix well.

4. Add tomatoes, string beans and olives.

5. Toss with burghol.
