Citrus Couscous

INGREDIENTS 1 box plain couscous DIRECTIONS 1. To make couscous, follow directions on box, but substitute 1/4 cup fresh orange juice for 1/4 cup of the water. 2. When couscous is cool, fluff with a fork and add rest of ingredients (adding more or less of them to your taste). Note: Quick and easy, goes great with roasted salmon. |
