French Fingerling Potatoes

INGREDIENTS 3 pounds Fingerling potatoes DIRECTIONS 1. Wash and cut lengthwise fingerling potatoes. 2. Place in Pyrex. 3. Add salt, fresh pepper, paprika to taste. 4. Mix in olive oil and hot water. 5. Cover with aluminum foil. 6. Bake in 350° oven for one hour. 7. When heating for dinner, cook one more hour without aluminum foil. Let them get golden. Suggestions: Can be served with rib roast. |
