Fresh Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS

5-6 cloves garlic, chopped
12 plum tomatoes, cut and peeled
Olive oil
1 can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Crushed hot red pepper
12 Kalamata olives (split and pitted)

DIRECTIONS

1. In large pot, sauté garlic and tomatoes in olive oil.

2. Cook until tender, about 30 minutes.

3. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and crushed red pepper to taste.

4. Add olives and serve.
