Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

1-1/2 cups cooked white rice
1 chicken cutlet, cooked and cubed
Minute steak, cooked and cut in strips
Soy sauce
3 scallions
2 carrots
1 box mushrooms
4 garlic cloves, chopped
One scrambled egg

DIRECTIONS

1. In wok, sauté garlic, scallions, carrots and mushrooms.

2. Add rice and soy sauce. Add meat and chicken.

3. At end, add egg and serve.
