Apricot Chicken Roll-Ups

INGREDIENTS 1-1/2 cups dried apricots DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Stir together apricots, cranberries and honey. Set aside. 3. Put together bread crumbs, parsley, flour, paprika, sugar, salt, garlic powder and a 4. In another dish, beat eggs. 5. Spoon a little of apricot mixture into each cutlet, roll up and secure with toothpick. 6. Dip in egg, then in crumb mixture and place into greased Pyrex. Bake for 45 7. Serve. |
