Artichoke Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup flour
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
1 package sundried tomatoes
1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
1 lemon
1/3 cup dry white wine
4 boneless chicken breasts

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine flour, salt and pepper.

2. Coat chicken with the flour mixture.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet.

4. Sauté chicken on both sides.

5. Add wine, sundried tomatoes and artichokes to the chicken.

6. Squeeze lemon over it.

7. Cook until the sauce begins to glaze, and the chicken is cooked through.
