Blackened Tuna

INGREDIENTS

4 large Tuna steaks (thin)
4 cloves garlic, crushed
Fresh black pepper
Paprika
Old Bay seasoning (available in grocery)
Olive oil
Blackening seasoning (available in grocery)

DIRECTIONS

1. Drizzle olive oil on a large cookie sheet. Place Tuna steak on tray.

2. Crush 1 clove of garlic over the Tuna. Spread with a knife.

3. Generously sprinkle to cover the steaks with Old Bay, black pepper, paprika and blackening season.

4. Repeat on second side and let sit in refrigerator for 2 hours.
5. Heat barbecue or grill pan to medium heat.

6. Cook Tuna until opaque for 10 minutes.

Note:Do not overcook or it will be dry. If you want it to be less spicy, do not cover fish heartily with spices.
