Boneless Turkey Breast

INGREDIENTS

Turkey breast, skinless and boneless
1 jar pineapple-orange or apricot-orange jelly (Sarabeth brand preferred)
Marinade
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar, dash
Fresh thyme
4 garlic cloves, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine marinade ingredients. Place turkey breast in marinade for several hours,
or preferably in refrigerator overnight.

2. Pre-heat grill.

3. Remove turkey from marinade. Marinade can be discarded.

4. Coat turkey well with jelly. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Spray grill with cooking spray. Place turkey on grill and cook for about 25-30 minutes. Baste frequently if necessary.

Tip: This can be prepared in advance, wrapped individually in foil and heated in a low temperature oven.
