Breaded Dijon Salmon

INGREDIENTS 4 pieces salmon fillet DIRECTIONS 1. Combine breadcrumbs, olives, tomatoes, garlic, spices and butter. 2. Spread 1 teaspoon mustard on each fillet and top with crumb mixture. 3. Bake for 12 minutes in 400° oven or until fish flakes. |
