Brick Roast I

INGREDIENTS

1 3-4 pound brick roast
1/4 cup onion soup mix
1 can cola

DIRECTIONS

1. Roll roast in onion soup mix and pour soda over it.

2. Bake covered at 350° for 2 hours.

3. Remove from oven, slice and cook a little longer.
