Canyon Ranch Salmon

INGREDIENTS

2 pound Salmon fillets
1 cup soy sauce
1 6-ounce can orange juice concentrate
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon clear vinegar

DIRECTIONS

1. Marinate Salmon in remaining ingredients.

2. Remove from marinade and bake in heated oven until cooked through. Reserve marinade.

3. Broil for five minutes.

4. While fish is cooking, bring reserved marinade to a boil in a saucepan. Cook until it reduces and thickens.

5. Place fish on platter and pour sauce over it.
