Chicken & Rice

INGREDIENTS

Chicken pieces
1-1/2 cups rice (Uncle Ben's)
1 package onion soup mix
Salt
1 can mushrooms (reserve liquid)
1 cup Spanish olives
2 cups hot water

DIRECTIONS

1. Put raw rice in a Pyrex.

2. Sprinkle half envelope of onion soup mix and salt on rice.

3. Add Spanish olives and canned mushrooms, drained. Reserve liquid.

4. Add 2 cups hot water to juice from mushrooms and pour on top of rice.

5. Add raw chicken parts. Sprinkle remainder of onion soup over chicken. Cover with foil.

6. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
