Chicken Cutlets

INGREDIENTS 3 whole chicken breasts, boned skin removed and pounded thin DIRECTIONS 1. Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken breasts. 2. Marinate at least 4 hours in the refrigerator. 3. Preheat broiler or grill, drain chicken and cook 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. |
