Chicken Cutlets

INGREDIENTS

3 whole chicken breasts, boned skin removed and pounded thin
1?3 cup oil
Juice of 2 fresh lemons
Rind of 1 lemon, finely grated
1 teaspoon honey
3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
3 sprigs fresh oregano, chopped
3 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
1?4 cup dry white wine

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken breasts.

2. Marinate at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.

3. Preheat broiler or grill, drain chicken and cook 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
