Chicken in the Wok

INGREDIENTS

6 chicken cutlets, cubed
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon grated ginger
4 tablespoons tamari sauce
6 scallions, cut in rounds
1 bok choy
1/4 or 1/2 Chinese cabbage
1 broccoli (steamed) rosettes

DIRECTIONS

1. Marinate chicken in 2 teaspoons sesame oil, grated ginger and 4 tablespoons tamari sauce. Marinate for a couple of hours.

2. In hot wok, put toasted sesame oil (about 2 tablespoons) and sauté chicken.

3. Take chicken out after cooked. Set aside.

4. Use more toasted sesame oil and sauté scallions. When scallions are cooked, add bok choy, Chinese cabbage and the broccoli rosettes.

5. Once it's almost done, add tamari sauce.

6. Add chicken back into vegetable mixture. Toss together in wok. Serve over white or brown rice.
