Chicken Picatta I

INGREDIENTS 2-1/2-3 pounds boneless chicken breast, cut into desired pieces DIRECTIONS 1. Coat chicken pieces in flour and pan-fry in a little oil. Set aside in a Pyrex dish. 2. In a saucepan take onions, margarine, mushrooms, lemons, white wine, 1-1/2 tablespoons flour, salt and black pepper, mix on a low flame, cover and sauté for 15 to 25 3. Pour mixture over chicken, cover and bake on 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve. |
