Chicken Teriyaki

INGREDIENTS 6 chicken cutlets, cut into strips DIRECTIONS 1. Marinate the chicken strips in teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, Dijon mustard and pepper for about 1 hour. 3. Use a cooking spray. 4. Cook chicken on both sides, should only take a few minutes. 5. Can serve with rice. |
