Chicken Teriyaki

INGREDIENTS

6 chicken cutlets, cut into strips
Teriyaki sauce
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Dijon mustard
Pepper

DIRECTIONS

1. Marinate the chicken strips in teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, Dijon mustard and pepper for about 1 hour.
2. Use a hot grill pan.

3. Use a cooking spray.

4. Cook chicken on both sides, should only take a few minutes.

5. Can serve with rice.
