Chicken with Soy

INGREDIENTS

1 medium chicken
2 chopped onions
6 stalks celery, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
Chili powder
Black pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce (or to taste)
Paprika
1 glass water

DIRECTIONS

1. Place chicken in roaster. Surround chicken with onions, carrots and celery. Season chicken very well with chili powder and paprika. Sprinkle black pepper onto chicken. Drizzle soy sauce over chicken and vegetables, add water and cover.

2. Cook in 350° oven for 11?2 to 2 hours. Baste midway through cooking and adjust seasoning if needed.
