Chilean Sea Bass with Mushroom & Onion

INGREDIENTS

1 big onion, sliced
2 packages of mushrooms, sliced
Salt and pepper for seasoning
2 cloves minced garlic
2 pounds of sea bass

DIRECTIONS

1. Sauté onions until translucent.

2. Add in mushrooms and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Sauté for about ten minutes. Remove mixture.

4. Use the same pan, if needed, add more oil. Season fish with salt and pepper. Pan sear sea bass for 5 minutes on each side.

5. Place fish in ovenware. Top with mushroom mixture and pan juices. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
