Deli Roll

INGREDIENTS

1 long Mazor puff pastry dough
1 pound turkey, sliced thin
1 pound pastrami, sliced thin
Dijonaise mustard
1 egg beaten

DIRECTIONS

1. Roll out dough.

2. With a knife, spread a thin layer of Dijonaise over the dough.

3. Lay the turkey on top of it. Then, spread another thin layer of Dijonaise. Put pastrami on top of that.

4. Fold over the dough the long way – 2x (like a roll cake).

5. Brush the top with the beaten egg.*

6. Bake at 350° until golden brown, about 40 minutes.

  • May be frozen at this time.

Tips: Prepare it on a Pam-sprayed tray.
