Easy Lemon Chicken

INGREDIENTS 8 chicken cutlets DIRECTIONS 1. Dip cutlets in egg mixture then bread crumbs. 2. Fry cutlets, then place in a 9 × 13 Pyrex dish. 3. Put remaining ingredients in pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Pour over cutlets. 4. Refrigerate overnight. 5. Bake uncovered in oven at 350° for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. |
