Gray Sole

INGREDIENTS

Gray sole or any whitefish
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic crushed
1/4 cup corn flake crumbs
1/4 packet Good Seasons spice (dressing packets)
Oil as needed

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix mayonnaise with fresh crushed garlic.

2. Dip fish into mixture.

3. In a separate bowl, mix corn flake crumbs with Good Seasons packet.

4. Dip fish into corn flake crumbs and place in a greased Pyrex. Drizzle oil on top.

5. Cook until done in a 350° oven.
