Gray Sole

INGREDIENTS Gray sole or any whitefish DIRECTIONS 1. Mix mayonnaise with fresh crushed garlic. 2. Dip fish into mixture. 3. In a separate bowl, mix corn flake crumbs with Good Seasons packet. 4. Dip fish into corn flake crumbs and place in a greased Pyrex. Drizzle oil on top. 5. Cook until done in a 350° oven. |
