Grilled Tuna

INGREDIENTS

3/4 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 whole scallion, cut into 1?4 inch rounds
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 pound piece Tuna fillet, about 1-1/2-inches thick (may cut the fish into large cubes and skewer it)

DIRECTIONS

1. Make marinade by combining soy sauce, olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, scallion and ginger in a bowl.

2. Put Tuna in a bowl, rub marinade on fish. Allow marinade to soak into Tuna for 4 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.

3.Cook Tuna by grilling outdoors for 3 minutes on each side. If cooking in an oven, heat broiler, broil Tuna on one side for 6 minutes as close to heat source as possible.
