Grilled Tuna

INGREDIENTS 3/4 tablespoon dark soy sauce DIRECTIONS 1. Make marinade by combining soy sauce, olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, scallion and ginger in a bowl. 2. Put Tuna in a bowl, rub marinade on fish. Allow marinade to soak into Tuna for 4 to 6 hours in the refrigerator. 3.Cook Tuna by grilling outdoors for 3 minutes on each side. If cooking in an oven, heat broiler, broil Tuna on one side for 6 minutes as close to heat source as possible. |
