Grilled Tuna with Garlic & Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

4 Tuna steaks, 1-inch thick
4 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 garlic cloves chopped
3 plum tomatoes, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh herbs (basil, thyme or rosemary)

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat a large skillet, add 1 tablespoon oil and Tuna. Remove Tuna from skillet.

2. Make sauce in the same pan. Sauté garlic, add wine and boil until it is reduced by half. Add tomatoes and herbs and cook for 2-3 minutes.

3. Pour over fish and serve.
