Lemon Chicken Cutlets

INGREDIENTS

Flour
Pepper
Salt
Paprika
Garlic powder
2 eggs
Cold water
Chicken cutlets
1-1-1/2 cubes of chicken consummé
1-1-1/2 cups hot water
Lemon
Margarine
Parsley flakes

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix flour, pepper, salt, paprika and garlic powder. Coat chicken with this mixture.

2. Sauté chicken cutlets in oil. Remove excess oil and return chicken to pan.

3. In a bowl, mix chicken consummé with hot water. Add lemon, margarine and
parsley flakes.

4. Pour over fried chicken. Heat and serve with round slices lemon on top.
