Lemon Chicken Cutlets

INGREDIENTS Flour DIRECTIONS 1. Mix flour, pepper, salt, paprika and garlic powder. Coat chicken with this mixture. 2. Sauté chicken cutlets in oil. Remove excess oil and return chicken to pan. 3. In a bowl, mix chicken consummé with hot water. Add lemon, margarine and 4. Pour over fried chicken. Heat and serve with round slices lemon on top. |
