9:35 – 10:35 AM       STRETCH & MOVE TO THE BEAT, with Gilda
10:40 – 11:20 AM     ISRAELI DANCING FOR BEGINNERS, with Ora
12:00 – 12:45 PM      WOMEN’S WATER EXERCISE, with Marina (Pool)

Thursdays

9:30 – 10:15 AM     CONDITIONING EXERCISE (on chairs – using weights), with Michael
10:15 – 11:15 AM     GENTLE CHAIR EXERCISE (using light weights & bands), with Hava
