10:30 – 11:20 AM GENTLE CHAIR EXERCISE, with Hava (1st floor, Senior Adult Lounge)
Wednesdays
9:20 – 10:20 AM STRETCH & MOVE TO THE BEAT, with Gilda (1st floor, Senior Adult Lounge)
10:30 – 11:15 AM ISRAELI DANCING FOR BEGINNERS, with Ora (3rd floor, Blue Gym)
