Welcome to the Senior Center
The Center provides an exciting social scene for mature adults of all ages and stages. Socialize with old friends, make new ones, and stay physically, intellectually, and socially active at the crossroads of our community.

Our activity calendar is chock full of cultural and social events. Join discussion groups and sit in on educational seminars. Take off on day trips and enjoy cultural celebrations. Or jump into exercise, dance, and yoga classes. Our members also have access to the Center’s sparkling pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a dedicated older-adults lounge.
Transportation to and from the Center is available for seniors and people with disabilities.

Bring your cards, games, MahJong tiles, and friends.
The Senior Adult Lounge is open to senior adult members.
Masks are required at all times and social distant guidelines will be adhered to.

Bus departs at 10:55 AM and returns by 4 PM. Set sail with us to see whales and dolphins in their natural environment.Adventure cruises run approximately 3.5 hours.

Join our Senior Center and gain access to so many different activities, events, and resources. Our Senior Membership includes:
•Access to the Senior Adult Lounge where you can socialize with old friends, make new ones, and play cards, Mahjong, backgammon, or chess
•Senior Exercise (2nd floor of Fitness Center)
•Discussion groups, film showings, and seminars on health related topics
•Special member discounts for day trips and overnight excursions
•Birthday parties and holiday celebrations
•Attend classes such as Light Cardio & Pilates, Chair Yoga, Gentle Floor Yoga, Israeli Dance, Beginner’s Dance, Chair Exercises, Conditioning, and Women’s Water Aerobics

MEMBERSHIP FEES
Annual Membership:
Individual: $20/month
Couple: $35/month
Administrative fee for first-time members: $10
• You must be 65 years or older.
• Provide proof of age and a written doctor’s note stating your ability and/or restriction to exercise, swim, travel, and participate in Center activities.
To use the swimming pool, there is a one-time only Building Fund required:
Individual: $600
Couple: $800

As available, the Center’s handicapped accessible mini-bus may pick up older adults to bring them to and from Center programs and their homes. Our route is between Foster Ave and Ave Z, and between McDonald Ave and Ocean Ave.

Master Artisans
Our Master Artisans program is focused on being creative, getting hands-on, and learning something new.
We explore different creative outlets such as painting, drawing, baking and more. You do not need to have any previous knowledge or skills for these classes. Classes are structured in order to be engaging and fun for all experience levels.
