The Center’s Group Fitness program has been carefully crafted – through the consistent introduction of New York’s most amazing instructors and a litany of class formats that will help you find results faster than you ever thought possible. In fact, nowhere else in Brooklyn will you find a lineup of classes so complete or well balanced.

We take everything into consideration whn building our schedule: trending classs formats; the favorites; a mix of instructor personalities; and classes that reach each of those hard-to-reach spots.

So, ladies and gentlemen: Step up, challenge yourself, and do it alongside your friends.
