Food & Beverage Manager

Looking for someone to work as food & beverage manager. This role includes:

  • Familiarity with supervising a kosher kitchen
  • Being able to keep track of food productions for various programs, menu planning, cooking, food prep assistance, and presentation
  • Being able to keep track of supplies, inventory, and ordering
  • Reaching out to vendors, balancing budgets, and volume sales
  • Managing food prep staff
