Special Events Coordinator

Responsibilities

Manage major donor fundraising and outreach including:

  • Golf Outing (Work with committee on all aspects of event including format, sponsorship, marketing, contests, program & giveaways; Coordinate event and tournament details including sponsor representation, billing, insurance and honoree presentation).
  • Benefactor Campaign
  • Annual Synagogue Drive
  • Annual Benefactor Event (Program, presentations, outreach, reports, billing and updates).
  • Capital Campaign
  • Billing and reports
  • Work with Marketing on presentations to potential donors

 

Plans and execute community wide events this year including:

  • Disney Family Fun Day
  • Mossad Secrets Reveled with Ronan Bergman
  • An Evening with Senator Joe Lieberman
  • An Evening with Ambassador Danny Danon
  • Annual Purim Carnival- with Youth Services
  • Yom Haatzmaut – community wide Celebration

 

Coordinated video interviews and edited soldier presentation (Planned and executed program)

Administrative and Departmental Fundraisers

  • Boutique Shows
  • Bake Sales/Auction
  • Fashion Show

 

Collaborative Projects

  • Africa Israel Experience
  • Coordinating all aspects of trip and fundraising

 

Assist with agency Marketing

Staff Management and Development
