Staying active and healthy is important for everyone, and especially so for seniors. Regular physical activity is incredibly beneficial and helps build and maintain strength, mental health, and cognitive function.

During these times, we have created online LIVE programming via Zoom for our seniors so they can virtually participate in fitness classes made for them while staying safe.  All of our lives fitness classes are archived here so you can work out whenever you want and re-watch your favorite classes!
