9-10 AM: Chair Movements w/ Rhythm of Breaths with Hava (Senior Adult Lounge)

10:15-11:10 AM: Light Conditioning with Michael (Senior Adult Lounge)

11:15 AM –12 PM: Dance with Elena (Room 203)

11:30 –11:45 AM: Hand Yoga with Jamber (Zoom)

 

WEDNESDAY

9–9:50 AM: Tai Chi: Arthritis with Ann (Senior Adult Lounge)

10–10:45 AM: Floor Yoga w/ Marissa (Senior Adult Lounge)
