Noam Rapoport

Noam Rapoport is an Israeli pianist and composer based in Brooklyn. An honors graduate of The New School, receiving his BFA in Jazz Performance, he has over 20 years of piano training and a versatile background in many musical styles. Noam performs with his jazz trio (the Noam Rapoport Trio) as well as a solo performer and as a sideman in various genres and styles, including classical music, jazz, R&B, pop, funk, and more.

With 6 years of teaching experience, Noam implements a teaching style that is focused on the student’s technique and musical expression with engaging and active lessons designed to help the student to reach her/his full potential. Noam has taught a range of age groups from as young as 3 to 80 years old. Noam is also experienced in preparing students for ABRSM tests and other music performance and theory tests.
