More About The Event:
Travis Snider is a former Major League Baseball outfielder and 2006 first-round draft pick (#14 overall) by the Toronto Blue Jays. With a 16-year professional career—including 8 seasons in the big leagues—Travis brings rare insight into the pressures, challenges, and lessons of life in high-performance sports.
After retiring from baseball, Travis turned his focus toward transforming the culture of youth sports. He is the CEO and co-founder of 3A Athletics, an educational platform designed to support parents, coaches, and players with tools that focus on the mental and emotional side of the game. Through guidebooks, athlete journals, and a growing video workshop library, 3A Athletics is helping youth sports communities build stronger relationships and healthier environments for the next generation of athletes.
As a father of three and a passionate youth coach, Travis brings powerful storytelling, lived experience, and actionable wisdom to every stage he steps on. His talks challenge parents and coaches to reflect, grow, and lead with greater emotional awareness—creating lasting impact far beyond the field.
