The Center’s Group Fitness department is defined by its “keep it going” all-star team of instructors; our “let’s do even more” group of dedicated volunteers; and our “nothing is impossible” army of members.

Class schedules and formats are tailored to match the day-to-day needs of our members — and their bodies: weights, cardio, dance, yoga, and spin to name just a few. In fact, our group fitness schedule features over 40 weekly classes, in addition to the regular master classes and social and fundraising events that we host.

Pricing options are available for all levels of dedication, and range from unlimited class passes, for our warriors, to our pay-per-class option for those just getting back into the mix.
