Tumble, balance, leap, and sparkle! Sparkle Squad is a high-energy gymnastics-based program designed just for girls to explore movement, build strength, and grow confidence—one cartwheel at a time.
Through guided instruction by Frank Nova and fun, age-appropriate activities, participants will develop fundamental gymnastics skills like rolls, handstands, roundoffs, and basic tumbling, while also improving flexibility, coordination, and self-esteem. Every class encourages teamwork, perseverance, and positivity in a supportive, empowering environment.
The girls will enjoy a tumbling focused entertainment period every week for FULL-ON FUN TIME:
